Inside the Mind of a Musical Doll

Do I teach Violin Lessons? *NEW*

Yes, I do. I have been teaching since my junior year in highschool. In fact, not only do I teach violin, but also viola, cello, and beginner piano. I have changed how I do things in the past year so please take a look at the updates.

Free 1 hour introductory lesson with no obligation. This is something I just started doing where I teach how to properly hold the instrument, basic bowing techniques, basic instrument care and tape the instrument if necessary. If you are currently or have previously been my student and have not recieved your free introductory lesson, then your next lesson is free.

$15.00 for a 1 hour session per week with $10.00 per additional relative or $25.00 for two 45 minute sessions per week with $20.00 per additional relative. Discounts are available for those in full time ministry and their immediate family.

I primarily use the Suzuki Method for my curriculum. However, if needed or upon request, I can use other curriculum such as All for Strings or Schirmer’s Musical Library. Once in a while, I might assign custom made work sheets for music theory.

Hey, I’d totally be interested in Cello lessons… I got my grandfather’s when he passed away, and I need to fix it up, but ya. Please?

Of course Andrew. Just so you know, it might be pretty expensive to fix it, considering the condition it’s in. Hope to teach you soon:)

Sweet. I hope to get lessons soon… It’s not gonna cost more than a new Cello would, right?
